Stevie Van Zandt, is a legend in the world of Springsteen and the E St Band. Most people recognise him as Tony Soprano's consigliere Silvio Dante from the show of the same show. He's a character. He's also a good solo artist and this song originally done in a faux reggae style is one of his most popular tracks.
I think Stevie may missed the songs true calling though? I've done my version of his song as a straight rock song, hopefully bringing a different type of energy to it. I'd LOVE to see Stevie and The Disciples of Soul do *this* version. They'd absolutely kill.
